Browsing, searching, comparing properties, and contacting sellers on EstateDekho is free for buyers and property seekers.

2. Seller & Builder Subscription Refunds

Fees paid by sellers or builders for listing promotion, premium placement, or lead generation services are eligible for refund requests within 7 business days if the service has not been initiated.

3. Processing & Claims
